1. Identifying the minor and major cracks along the entire length and the breadth of the façade.
2. Cracks can be opened using a grinder or better done manually. The cracks should be in a “V” groove.

3. These cracks should be filled with appropriate crack filler. The cracks thus filled should be covered on either side with protective Putty.

4. In case of loose plaster it can be broken and redone taking care of the essential cold joint between the new and old plaster.
5. In case, if there is a mild hollowness it can be grouted using injections. An essential part of façade waterproofing is protecting the entire façade with a full body coating to avoid seepage of water.

6.The top coats should be stained to the desired color with proper sampling.
